Last fall, my entire family was in Italy and our first grandchild met for the first time her great grandfather Olimpio. Six months later, Italy is devastated by COVID-19. Have TRULY appreciated the multiple friendship messages from all continents checking up on my family. As Dr. Seuss said, “sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory”. THANK YOU for rekindling the many positive memories from our encounters. Cherish and continue to nurture the friendships. Stay strong for COVID-19 will never defeat us.
The spread of the COVID-19 will only serve to speed the development and roll-out of various pieces of frictionless retail, including contact-less pickup and delivery. The bottom line is there is great future around the concept of frictionless retail. But it will be a crawl and walk before you run experience for any retailer who wishes to move forward. -from ihlservices.com Read more
